I will address the head first
The cause of headache are so many. A person can have headache due to stress, migrain, infection in the brain, problem of blood vessel in the brain. The management also depends upon the cause of the headache. In order to know if a CT scan is required or not, a neurological evaluation will be ruquired.
Back to your case, you have only headache and i assume that you donot have fever, voimiting and weakness of limbs and neck stiffness. If all these symptoms are absent, you not have to worry much and you can take simple analgeics to reduce the headache apart from reducing your daily stress. If headache continues, visit a local neuro-physician
I think a single episode of abdominal dyscomfort which has improved may be observed, if you donot have any other associated complaints
Hope this clarifies
