Hi,
If you have been having regular 28-30 day cycles of late and if you have missed your period during this cycle, then pregnancy may be suspected. For natural conception to occur in PCOD, ovulation status must be established as it is the failed ovulation that causes the condition. Natural ovulation can still occur and pregnancy can happen in untreated PCOD. For your current symptoms, please go for a blood pregnancy test along with a trans-vaginal sonogram to exclude/confirm pregnancy. Please get a complete couple evaluation from an infertility specialist as you are anxious to conceive. Hope your query is answered. Take care.
