Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such finding in colonoscopy is characteristic for inflammatory bowel disease (Crohns disease). And so are your symptoms. This type of inflammation is caused by autoimmune inflammation where host immune system destroys intestine cells. This causes severe inflammation and results with blood in stool, loose stools, weight lost. When not controlled, this disease can lead to bowels obstruction, intestine fissures.
That is why it is important for you to get histopathological result of samples which has been collected during the colonoscopy. If you will get a diagnose, you can be qualified for biological treatment which gives great results and disease can be controlled.
It is also possible that medicines which you have been prescribed can settle the inflammation, and you will be able to get rid of your symptoms.
I suggest you to have also checked small intestine for possible narrow places with enteroclysis (abdominal CT with oral contrast).

Hope this will help.
Regards.
