Having Fever With Bad Cough And Stomach Ache Since 10 Days Is A Cause Of Worry?

Hi, my 5 year old son has had a fever (38 to 40) for 10 days now... Has had a bad cough the whole time and his appetite isn't normal... Has been on antibiotics for 5 days now but nothing has changed. He's also complaining of a stomach ache in the mid section which stops him from eating. He is fatiguing easily but he's not in bed constantly.
My concern is if there is something serious going on with him. Your input will. E greatly appreciated.

in my opinion he is suffering from allergy
the allergen is affecting different organs like chest and stomach
in my opinion it can be milk
as initially it causes short time problems which are unnoticed then as age grows it increases
stop milk and diary for few days
use antiallergic tab montelucast
bronchodilator syp addition will help in controlling chest
addition of metrondazole and antacids will reduce stomach problem and fever
add meftal sos for fever
if there is recurences in future can investigate for cause of allergy
