Having Family Issues And So Feeling Depressed Due To Physical, Mental Stress. Advice?

Hi I a 46 year old woman and I think I may ave symptoms of Clinical depression I am a busy single Mum of three children ranging from 8 upto 18 one of which has downs syndrome, I work 30 hours a week, I have a sister who has mental health issues and an estranged hubby who had a stroke 8 years ago and both rely on me emotionally and physically. I am tired and feel drained all the time wake up at night, I am impatient with my children and feel its a real effort to do anything , I feel despair sometimes and everything seems a real effort to do housework or even to go out. Can you help me, please. Sarah

You are doing a great job which is beyond anybody's expectation,. Emotionally you are so stable that you are able to keep happenings together and your family and house. We especially I am very proud of you for this heavenly blessings you have. You should also be proud of yourself.

Also you should understand that you are not alone. There are numerous housewives across the world who has the divine responsibility. You are actually a samaritan who helps passerby and finds happiness in it. Only difference you are not accepting yourself as one.

Just accept the fact that you are godsend. You are an angel for everyone who knows you.

Just have four or five good friendss for emotional support. Wish you good future.
