Having Extreme Back Pain Mild Lower Stomach Pain. Should I Go To The ER?

My 12 year old daughter has been peeing and pooping blood a couple times since we have had a car accident over 2 weeks ago. Her back is also in extreme pain, as well as her mid lower stomach area. Do I need to take her to the emergency room? What could it possibly be? She just let me know about this a couple hours ago because she is in extreme pain.
