Having Diarrhoea. Smells Fishy. What Should Be The Diet? Is It Caused By Bug?
Hi my 8 month old has had diarrhoea for 6 days now and is filling his nappy up to 12 times in 24 hours. He still has wet nappies but today I noticed the diarrhoea smelt fishy? Is this just a bug? What should I feed him till this passes I have been giving him either potato or wheatbix with milk and offering water and milk to drink ever few hours?

Give him lots of fluids and probiotics for a few days.
Avoid milk,juices and wheat products for the meantime.
