Hi Deepa,
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Firstly lemon is nowhere related to periods. Lemon doesnt cause delay in periods. You can safely take lemon juice daily.
The delay in your periods could be due to many reasons like Hormonal disturbances, stress , Mal nutrition.

You have not mentioned anything about your age and any other problem you have been having.

Hormonal problems like Hypothyroidism or PCOD can cause delayed periods. Even poor diet habits and stressful life style also causes delayed periods.
Taking Primolut N tablets twice daily for 3 days will help you to get periods. But remember your periods will start 3 days after stopping the medicine.

But you need to get investigated for the hormone deficincies.
Get the following tests done ....
1. Hemoglobin
2. Thyroid profile.
3. Serum Estrogen
4. Serum Progesterone.
5. Serum Prolactin.
6. Ultrasound abdomen.

Please see a gynacologist or post the values in the forum with the reports . Based on the reports the treatment strategies can be addressed.

Wish you a healthy Life.
Take Care
