Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Melacare is fine but Clop cream must not be used longer.

It is a very strong steroid and can damage you skin.

There are LASERS which provide sustained relief,

But there is no permanent solution available.

Please meet a dermatologist.

Let me know you have any other doubts.

Dermatologist Dr. Ilyas Patel's  Response
Hi,
You are having hypermelanosis on face.
There are many causes.
Vitamin deficiencies,mineral deficiencies,sun rays,pschological ,allergies, endocrinal disturbances,anaemia,malignancies,pollution,drugs..etc
You got good result with melacare, but remember, melacare contains hydroquinone which is producing dotted depigmentation permenantly, so do not use it for long time. And clop g contains strong steroid , should not be used on face. It leads to atrophy, depigmentation and telangiectasis.
I recommend kojic acid and vitamin C containing cream to apply on patches daily at night.
Protect the affected area from sun by sunscreen agent.
Take orally..vitamin C,nicotinic acid and glutathion.
Avoid stress.have healthy food.
Take good sleep.

I hope you will be alright...
