Having Constant Pain After Hysterectomy. Removed Ovary. Have Adhesion. Help?
I had a hysterectomy Nov 2012 Was in constant pain 8 days after hyst. Finally had a 2nd surgery in April 2013 for endometriosis on right ovary. They did laporoscopy and had to remove ovary due to a 8cm endo and 45 minutes of removing adhesions that tied up my bladder, colon and vaginal cuff. Now same thing, have been in pain since day 8 of second surgery. Finally found a good doctor (I think) and he wont do surgery on my now because I've had too many surgeries he says. I know my pain and I know I have adhesions also. Its hurts to urinate I have difficulty going number 2 and its all painful. Havent been able to work since Nov 2012. Im naturally thin and I get this tummy bulge where my pants are tight. I don't know what else to do Im tired of being in pain. can you help?
Hi dear, as narrated by you, it looks that you have again landed up into post surgery adhesions as earlier and this has to be taken take of by surgery. otherwise you can eventually land up into obstructive bowel disease. However, since there is a history of endometriosis, these adhesion could also be result of spread of the disease pelvic cavity. So, my opinion is that you also consult a gynae who can simultaneously take care of the other problem. Don't sit wit the medical management only All the best
