Hi there,
Its pretty normal to have these symptoms when you are suffering from cold, flu and sore throat. If i was your doctor i would recommend u to keep taking your antibiotics regulary. Also drink plenty of water and juice and Do saline gargles with luke warm water. you will be fine in to time.
Regards,
Dr. Ammar.
