Having carpal tunnel syndrome causing arms and hands to turn dark, no lupus, now, legs and nose turning dark. Advice?

I went to the doctor and blood work was done the test came back saying my blood sugar was normal,I had no lupus and also my vitamin levels were good but I have dark spots forming on my legs and on my nose near my eyes I also develop carpal tunnel which cause my arms and hand to turn dark the doctor don t have a answer for me,maybe you can help. I m 53 yrs of age

hi carpal tunnel should not be causing darkening of skin.
it may be a dermatitis.
consult a skin specialist.
