Having Balance Problems Off And On, Hemo Dialysis Patient, Get Migraines. Should I Be Concerned?

I ve been having balance problems off and on for a couple weeks I don t fall I catch myself. It s very concerning to me because I m a hemo dialysis patient I know I shouldn t worry but I do. I would hate to go to the ER for something stupid. I do get migraines. Should I be concerned and wait til I call my pcp tomorrow?

It is of concern if these problems occurs in hemodialysis patients as they repeatedly go for disturbing electrolyte imbalance mainly low potassium levels..

Low potassium levels can cause temporal headaches. It might not be a vascular headache.

Please review with electrolute panel
