Having acute problem of obstruction of bowel passing, indigestion, diarrehea, vomiting, green stool. Cure?

My mother is having acute problem of obstruction of the bowel passing due to which even with the consumption of simplest/basic food that maybe does not gets digested, she feels excess gas/ fullness/bloating most of the times, vomiting and now since past 2days she is having Diarrhoea with flat ribbon like stool which appears slightly greenish and occurs little by little frequently. after which she had little rice (since she could not eat any food since morning) and then Norflox Tz. After 15mts she vomited the entire rice and had a foul taste. She has started feeling extremely weak. Before this additional problem of diarrhoea, she has lost 2kgs weight and is at present at the age of 63 she is 39kgs.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
From history it seems that your other is suffering from Acute Gastro-enteritis and requires urgent attention to prevent dehydration and iv fluids.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Continue with Norflox TZ.
Give some tablet for vomiting, after vomiting stops other medicine will remain in stomach and fluid intake will be maintained.
Give plenty of water, Electrolyte, ORS liquid, lemon juices.
Observe for signs of dehydration like passing less urine, feeling thirsty and dryness in mouth.
Ok and take care.
