Hi Mrs Neela,
Thanks for writing to us.
Acne is common in teens but the severity may vary. If acne is mild, use of salicylic acid face like saslic along with application of topical gels like clindamycin gel twice in a day and adapalene gel in night would help. If lesions are too many intake of drugs like azithromycin or isotretinoin with creams help. As these are prescription drugs I would advise a consultation with doctor prior to starting treatment. Marks can be treated with Kojic acid or hydroquinone based cream.
Taking few sessions of chemical peels would also helpin acne and marks.
Hope this helped.
