Having Abdominal Pain, Low Grade Fever, Large Bowel Movement. History Of Constipation And Bowel Movement Troubles. What Are The Complications?

My son has been complaining about abdominal pain for about 10 hours, has a low grade fever of 95.9 under the tongue , and threw up flem (pains and throwing up wakes him from sleeping). ANy ideas if I should be worried. He had a large bowel movement yesterday and a long history of constipation and bowel movement troubles.

you should go through the investigation for usg abdomen and x ray abdomen standing for rule out small bowel obstruction.
