Having Abdominal Pain, Feels Pressure In Bottom, Thick White Discharge In Bowel Movements. What's Wrong?

Hi, im suffering with abdominal pain ( ache ) its its accross under my rib cage and has been in both my side. I have a strange feeling of pressure in my bottom also. The pain seems to be getting much worse. If i do pass a stool i get a very thick white discharge . The pressure from my bowel seems to push it out. Im not itchy and it has no odour. Can you help me pls x

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having an infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
The white discharge can be mucus secreted by the intestines. It is increased in gastrointestinal tract infections.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

You should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a along with an antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily along with Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily.
A probiotic along with digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will be helpful.

You should eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Also take care of your hydration.
