Having a nagging pain in the left side of my head just above the left ear. feeling pressure. Why is it happening?

I have a nagging pain in the left side of my head just above the left ear. I don t want to call it a pain because its more like a pressure feeling and a dull nagging feeling but at times I can feel the pulse in the vessels if I put my hand there it comes off and on and sometime lasts for a couple hours...what does this sound like? Anyhelp will help!

Hi, it sounds like you are having a vascular headache in the region. Use of analgesics usually controls this. But if problem persists, please see a physician to rule out the diagnosis of migraine. You may need to take treatment of migraine accordingly. Regards
