Having A Lot Of Nausea After Taking Pylera

I ve been having a lot of nausea while taking pylera supposly I was diagnosed with acid reflux but now my doctor thinks it could be a bacteria and when I poop I poop black and I ve been having an uncomfortable stomach the whole day . What should I do ?

I appreciate your concern, the given history could be due to hyperacidity and may not be due to infection if the acid reflux symptoms not being treated properly then it could remains there for long time the disease need to be treated properly with right drug and with correct dose up to suggested time period like Tab Omeprazole 400 mg need to be taken along with Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time only and it need to be continue for at least five weeks, if the infection at all suspected then it need to be ruled out for Helicobacter pylori if it turn positive then it has to be treated accordingly and for that you can discus this with your physician, hope this information helps.
