Hello,

Bad breath and yellowish teeth are due to improper method of brushing and heavy plaque deposition.
I would advice you to get your teeth cleaned.
Use soft bristled toothbrush and tongue scrapers to clean teeth as well as tongue.
Gargle with chlorhexidine mouthrinses.
Rinse your mouth after every meals.
Hope this helps.
