Hi, welcome to HCM.
From the report, it shows that you are having infective hepatitis. Nothing to worry, with time gradually it will be alright.

Take complete bed rest.
Take some liver protective syrup like sorbiline.
Take B complex supplements with vitamin C.
Take plenty of glucose.
Avoid fat.
Take more protein.
After 10-15 days go for liver function test to see for recovery.

Ok and bye.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are having jaundice which is a clinical symptom and is caused by many disease and factors.

Common causes are viral hepatitis of various types, alcohol, drugs and obstructive type.

Your reports show the acute type of liver damage and strong possibility of viral origin, as you have tested negative for virus B, C, so it may be E or A which is infective type and spreads through contaminated water.
Your Bilirubin is high, liver enzymes are raised and alkaline phosphatase is high due to intrahepatic cholestasis.
If there is vomiting and oral fluid is not tolerated then please hospitalize the patient. Please get ultrasonography of abdomen to see the condition of liver. If vomitings are not there, please consult a physician or gastroenterologist and supportive therapy with normal diet and vitamin supplements to provide sufficient calories to the body.
Take proper prescription. Periodic check up of liver function to see the trend of liver enzymes.
It may take up to 8 weeks if it is viral hepatitis. Follow up is necessary because few may go in chronic hepatitis.

Please take care.
Good Luck.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are not suffering from hepatitis B nor hepatitis C. You are suffering from both indirect and direct jaundice. Since both are elevated.

By looking at your values it means you are suffering from hepatitis A infection which comes usually from food infection. In jaundice urine becomes dark.

Don't worry too much about that levels. Take bed rest. Take as much water as you can.
If you are too much worried about jaundice consult general physician for further suggestions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
