Have Whitish Layer On My Glans. No Itching, Swelling. Have White Bumps On The Tip. Cure For Symptoms?

Hello, I seem to have a partial whitish layer on my glans. Some of my glans appears to be covered by it but and some of it appears normal. It does not itch, my glans also appears to be dry and wrinkled when the foreskin is retracted for a certain amount of time. There is no swelling and no discharge and I am not feeling any pain while urinating. I also noticed white bumps on the tip of the glans around the urethra that appear to be fordyce/pearly papules. What is my problem?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The whitish layer on the glans as you describe could be due to a fungal infection in the area. A direct examination is an integral part of the diagnosis. You can consult a dermatologist for the same.
