Have white specks in stools, bowel movement marble like, back pain. Did weight lifting

I have white specks in my stool, like seeds kinda. I do not have any stomach pain at all!! Although, I hear my stomach making a lot of noise. I just had a bowel movement n it was marble size. Some days, my stool is fine, but others, it's the marble type. I also have back pain, mainly lower, but I think I may have did something while lifting at the GUM

Thank you for the query.

White specks in the stool can be caused by lots of banana intake. So if you have had lots of bananas recently this can be the reason.
Marble like bowel movement can be also caused by your diet. As you train in the gym, I assume you have a special diet. Lots of proteins, lack of fiber intake can cause such symptoms.
Other possible reasons of marble like stools are thyroid disease (hypothyroid), medicines (ca-blockers, antidepressants), chronic bowels infection, bowels obstruction (due to inflammatory bowels disease or colon cancer - possible if you are over the age of 50).

I suggest you to start with a diet. Please increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake. You should add probiotic to your diet. If it wont help, stool tests should be done.

Hope this will help.
