Have White Circular Patches Inside Forearm And Knee. No Itchiness. Remedy?

Hi I have some large and small white circular patches on the inside of my forearm and a few on my knee. They aren't itchy and I have had them for years but they seem to be spreading over to my forearm which is making them easier to see as the skin is darker there. I asked a dermatologist once but for some reason he said he couldn't see anything there.

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
White patches on the limbs could occur in conditions like parapsoriasis, early vitiligo, post inflammatory hypopigmentation, leprosy, etc. A detailed examination and skin biopsy may be necessary to confirm the diagnosis and initiate proper treatment. If possible, you can upload the pictures and send them to me. I could give you a better opinion.
Hope this helped.
Take care.
