Have White Bump On Outer Part Of Eyeball. Painless, Corner Of Eye Bloodshot

I found what appears to be a white bump on the outer part of my eyeball roughly about two weeks ago. It is completely painless (possibly a little sensitive but that could also be from me examining it every few hours) but has made the corner of my eye bloodshot. It doesn't seem to have gotten any worse but it also doesnt appear to have gotten any better.
