Have vomiting, swollen stomach, short of breath and chest pain. Have high BP. Treatment?

Have been in hospital twice this year with high blood pressure and a very mild stroke . For the last year I have also had stomache trouble but no one has checked it. For the last ywo weeks I throw up 4-5 Dailey even if I do not eat anything all day. For last 3 days stomache has been very swollen and hard. Even more so on left side. I feel like some one is squashing my chest and short of breath

Persistent vomiting can be related to different conditions such as (1) GERD (this would also cause the bloating that you are experiencing) , peptic ulcer disease
(2) obstruction of the bowel due to scar tissue, a mass
(3) side effect of medication
(4)neurological disease such as a complication of diabetes
(5) anxiety
(6) electrolyte imbalance such as high calcium

You may want to consider re visiting your doctor for an evaluation. He or she will review your history and examine you.
This may be followed by investigations such as a barium meal or endoscopy to see inside the esophagus and stomach.

Treatment would depend on the findings
