Hello
thanks for your query.
You are suffering from a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum.
In this condition, normal nausea and vomiting of pregnancy is exaggerated to a point where the woman is incapacitated and cannot perform normal activities.
You need to get yourself investigated first, for serum electrolytes, complete blood count, liver profile, thyroid profile etc.
Please avoid oily, spicy, greasy food and binge eating.
Have small, frequent meals.
Have light, bland food, mainly liquids.
Avoid outside food and concentrate on home cooked food.
increase the intake of curd, dahi, lassi, probiotics in your diet.
You can take Ondem orally too, but sublingually it acts better.
Please try taking Doxylamine tablets also.
if your condition is severe, you might require hospitalization and intravenous treatment.
Please consult your gynecologist.
Take care.
