Have Viral Fever And Took Neociprociprofloxacin And Neomal Paracetamol. Is It Necessary To Take Paracetamol Still?
My friend is suffering from typhoid fever and he is taking neocipro ciprofloxacin 500 mg 2 times a day and neomol paracetamol 500 mg 3 times a day .Now it is the third day of taking medicine and he is not having fever when tested with a thermometer. But he says he feels fever and his hands seems to be hot. Is it necessary to take paracetamol tablet even when temperature shown by the thermometer is normal ?

As there is no temperature indicates improvement from typhoid.
If temperature is normal then it is not necessary to take paracetamol.
If temperature is not there but other symptoms like headache, body ache are there he can take paracetamol.
