Have varicocele, testicular pain. Exercise or home remedy?

hi doctor,,,hope u wl be fine,,,sir i am suffering from variococele (left sided testicular pain ),sir i am facing this trouble from the last 7 months,,,my doctor told me that only surgery is the solution and i seriously get affraid from the surgeries,sir please tell me the exercise or home remedy for cure of variococele,,sir daily when i get up early 1 thing comes to my mind that why me GOD?sir please help me i want to get rid of that pain,,initially the pain was much irritating even i was not able to join my legs,it was much difficult for me to sit on chair,,,i oftenly put pillow in between my legs but now it does not irretate much but still there is disturbance and uncomfortability in my left side testicle ,it hurts much when i pressed it sir plzzzzz help me
