Hi muhammad azam khan, assalamalaikum wa rahmathullahi wa barakathuhu! I am fine, thank you. Since your varicocoele is causing you pain in your left testis, it is better to undergo microsurgical varicocoelectomy. Do not be afraid of the operation! Are you married? If so it is better to get your semen analysis done because if you are married and if your wife is normal and is not able to concieve, then varicocoele is one of the factors for a low sperm count. I hope my answer will satisfy you. Thank you
