Have Ulcer On Nasal Septum. High ESR. Taken Skin TB Treatment. Suggestions?
Currently i m suffering from a small ulcer type wound on my nasal septum no skin TB found on biosy but ESR is high .it is 18 and i m male..also m taking treament for this last 2 month still continue ..formerly i have taken thricn skin tb treament i.e cat 3 in 2010 for lupus valgaris,cat 2 in 2011 for lymphonode and cat 1 in 2012 for same .i had taken complete treatment w'out any default still i seems to b for same disease suggest me....right now i m in LNJP Hospital they consulting me..

Hello.There are various causes that can cause ulcer on
nasal septum.Among these causes are some infections such as TB.
Is necessary that your doctor examine you and, Perhaps, request additional tests to know the state of your TB. Also you should go to a specialist in throat, nose and ear because in function of the size of your ulcer, surgery may be necessary.
