Have Tinea Infection On Thighs And Buttocks. Used Griseofulvin And Cortaz Cream. Better Options?

i am 25 yr old and has been suffering from tinea infection on the medial side of thighs and buttocks. using griseofulvin orally but recur after i stop it, applying cortaz-nc cream daily night. I need to get rid of it without any recurrence. need to know whether sapat lotion is a better option? or any other better option?

Hi,
If only tinea infection is there, use only anti fungal cream, no steroid cream.
Instead of using oral Gereseofulvin, go for Flucanozole 150 mg broad spectrum anti fungal tablet 1tablet weekly for 4 weeks.
keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
