Have tightness in temple with random muscle twitches, cheek bone feels numb. Reason?

You must consult an ENT specialist and get done ---
Examination of ears as there can be infection in the ears which needs to be taken care of. as such kind of pain is more in people with ear infections.
Secondly get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for infection in nose and sinuses.
This sinus infection can lead to infection in the ears and in addition can cause pain in the cheek area.
Numbness should not be there until the infection is very severe.
So it will be better to consult.
Till then you can take decongestants orally and nasally .
Take steam inhalations also.
Antibiotics should be started after consultation and proper examination.

chances ofsinusitis as there are chances of acute sinusitis which cause lot of mucus secretions in sinuses and blockage of osteum of sinus the pressure is felt on head temple andcheeck area causing tightness and twitches of muscles
the pnd of sinus enters the middle ear through tubes causing ear problems
ge xray pns waters iew and consult ent doctor to treat it
mean while can use metronodazole course
anti allergic tab course to decrease the mucus secretion
analgesic sos for reducing pain
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd and sea water 2 drops in nose bd to clear eustachian tubes and back of throat to reduce pressure in ears and temple area
