Have Three Lumps On Left Leg, Middle And Lower Part Of Outside Of Calf. What To Do?
I am a 38 year old female. I have three lumps on my left leg, middle and lower part of the outside of my calf (lateral side). The two in the middle side are about the size of a pea, the lower one is about the size of a 50 cent piece. They are spongy to the touch. No pain. They seem fixed in my muscle, and one seems like it s right in the middle of my shin (front of bone). They are not hot. I honestly do not know how long they have been there. I only noticed them because I crossed my leg and they stuck out. Any thoughts?
As your swellings/lumps are painless and shows no signs of inflammation, most propably they could be Lipomas (Fat deposition under the skin). Generally, these are harmless and doesn't need any treatment but for cosmetic purpose.
If the lumps are rapidly increasing in size with change in the color of the skin, then you need to consult your treating physician.
Hope this information is helpful. Good day
