Have Terrible Stomach Flu, Metallic Bitter Taste In Mouth. What To Get Cured?

I have had a terrible stomach flu for the past seven days. It started with headache the nausea then diarrhea for 3 days. I feel better the last few days except for a metallic bitter taste in my mouth It s worse after I drink or eat but comes and goes throughout the day.

Hi. All your symptoms are pointing to a diagnosis of Gastroenteritis. This needs a course of an Antibiotic. It is better to visit a Doctor to get proper diagnosis and Antibiotics
