Have Tendonitis In Ankle, Muscle Cramps, Knee Pain. Reason?

i have tendonitis in my right ankle and have had it for 7 years now. i also get muscle cramps in my right leg throughout out the day and night. for the past 5 weeks my right knee has been very painfull when i bend it or put weight on that leg. it feels like someone is stabbing me with a knife to the left and below the knee bone. my knee is swollen which gets worse as the day goes by and so does the pain. it is now hurting to prod the knee which it didnt before. Do you think this is to do with my tendonitis or some thing else. Thank you

Hello.Pain in multiple joints (ankle, knee) without trauma is necessary to rule out a rheumatic disease. You must go to a rheumatologist. He will examine you and, if he deems it appropriate, will request additional tests to rule out rheumatic disease.I wish you good health.
