Have Taken Mifepristone And Misoprostol After Confirming Pregnancy. Had Periods Followed By Missed Period. Suggest?

I have taken herwont kit (Combokit of Mifepristone Tablets 200 mg and Misoprostol Tablets 200 mcg) 09 May 13 after confirming pregnancy. I have got normal after that on 21 Jul 13, nw i missed the period for one week (that am not thinking of due to pregnancy). Is there any after effects of the tablet for delay in normal cycle..

Hi,
If you had the confirmation of the completion of abortion followed by a normal period, then there is no reason to worry. The medication taken for abortion does not delay cycles; it could be another pregnancy or a simple hormonal disturbance. Please get a pregnancy test done, preferably a blood test along with a trans-vaginal sonogram. Maintenance of a healthy weight and a healthy diet are essential to regulate the cycles.
