Have swollen mosquito bite on leg. What to do?

I have four mosquito bites on my legs. Three out of the four aren t to swollen but the fourth one has been getting bigger throughout the day. Is this because of it s location as it sits on the inside of my left leg or is it something more serious. I usually do get big red marks around my mosquito bites but this one seems bigger than usual.

Dermatologist 's  Response
there is chance of infection over the one bite
it is developing bigger and red means secondary infection is there
there is nothing serious over it and take antibiotic and analgesic medicine
apply antibiotic cream over it
do not scratch or popped it out
