Have Swollen Mastoid Bone, Painful Ear, Jaw And Neck. Is It Cancer?

I have a swollen mastoid bone on my left side since 5 years .I have start feeling pain around my ear , jaw and nick since year .I felt this pain only in cold weather but now it is persistently exists .I have tried antibiotic but did not work.i also feel swollen bone around my hear in addition to mastoid bone.i afraid if i have cancer .please let me know what you think of it .

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your query.
Cancer isnt the first thing to think of but you need some further tests. It sounds like inflammatory process which can be found in sinusitis, ear infections or allergy reactions as well as facial and trigeminal neuralgia. but since it lasts for long antibiotics didnt help you should do CT or MRI scan to see is there some other pathology.
