Have stomach upset, given celiac forte, refaximin, liberax, stool examination done. Have GERD, take pentocid

I am suffering from GERD and take pentocid 20 mg daily once empty stomach.
Since last one month I am suffering from stomach upset ( 5/6 times daily ,soft stool, not properly binded like husk)
Examined by physician ,prescribed be celiac forte ,refaximin 200 mg(thrice daily) liberax at bed time.
On taking meals/food lot of gas thru burps.
Stool examination normal.
Kindly advise

Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of acute bacterial gastroenteritis or exaggerated gastrocolic reflex .
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ general surgeon and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for complete blood count, ultrasound imaging, and serum electrolytes, endoscopy with duodenal biopsy.
You should take complete antibiotic therapy, antispasmodics, probiotics, antipyretics, if needed.
You should maintain your hydration by taking potassium rich liquids.
Avoid milk and all milk related products.
You should also take mebeverine for relief of your symptoms.
You should also continue the above described medicines.
