Have Stomach Pain, Constipation, Fever, Yellow Urine. Is It An Infection? Enlarged Prostate?

I have stomache pain, constipation , been in bed for five days. have had ct of pelvis n abdomin n all normal, no masses ect. was given z pac three weeks ago n symptoms seemed better. apx. five days ago woke up with fever of 100.7 now today fever never passes 99.6, no visual blood in urine , color yellow n even lighter now. did pass small amount of bowel yesterday, no blood. chest xray normal, apx. two months ago cbc all normal. pda, normal. no diahrrea. temp. most of the day 98.3 can u help me figure this out. possible infection? enlarged prostrate? why stomache pains n rumbling n gurggling also? 52 male

Hello Good Evening,

This seems to a viral infection, nothing to worry hard.

You are in improvement phase already, not so high grade fever and even normal temperature now.

When some infection occurred in the body, body shows a protest against it, and fever indicates it.

So you had infection and got fever, because of that you have some urinary and bowel symptoms but nothing was so higher grade, so nothing to worry hard.

It can be viral illness, and viral infection completes it's course in the body and then subsides in most of the cases.

So be relaxed, you are on recovery now.

Changing of urine color is not a big deal and bowel habits also resumed and nothing significant about your last Z pac, and nothing like Enlarged Prostate.

So be relaxed, have a good time,
