Have Stomach Pain And Nausea

Hello my son was taking a shower he called me nd when i got to the bathroom he was sitting on top of toillet top.he said his stomach was hurting nd he felt nausea wen he stood up i was dryin his head w towel wen i look at him he turned completly pale and purle lips.he

It is very difficult to determine the cause for the stomach pain, but change in the color of lips to purple indicates central cyanosis. Please take him the ER immediately
