Have Stomach Cramps And Pain During Bowel Movement. Could It Be Gas?

my stomach is cramping and when i have a bowel movement it really hurts. my stomach feels like it does when i am constipated but it is in the stomach not the anal or colon area. i have noticed burping alot more than usual and when i pass gas it really doesn t relieve anything. i first thought it might be gas, but i am not sure.
