Have Stabbing Pains Under Ribs, Nauseaous, Diagnosed With Ibs, Non- Ulcerative Dyspepsia. What Is The Cure?

I have stabbing pains that are coming and going unber my ribs, also under my belly button on the left hand side, I feel slightly nauseous 2, I have been diagnosed with ibs and non- ulcerative dyspepsia , but this pain has never been so bad. It has been like this since sunday, sometimes feels like a stitch pain under my ribs or an elastic band is round it squeezing it. Also pain really low down near bladder area. Please help. I am on domperidone for nausea and esomeprazole.

Apart from taking the medicines for IBS Life style modifications plays a vital role to control the ibs symptoms so follow these advices
Things to do. . .
1.drink plenty of water.
2.chew the food properly.
3.stick on to vegetarian diet.
4.eat the fiber rich diet like sprouts, oats, green leaves.
5.eat the vegetables rich in water content.
6.drink Putin leaves juice daily this juice helps to prevent the formation of excess gas.
7.practice yogasanas like ardha halasana, pavanamuktasana, bujangasana, padhastasana, and ardha chakrasana.
8.regular walking also must.
Avoid. . .
Alcohol, smoking, stress, spicy and oily foods, junk foods, milk and milk products, vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, beans, potatoes, cauliflower.
Don't go to bed immediately after food.
Strictly follow these instructions to get rid from your problems.
