Have Spot On Throat. Have Light Headache And Ear Ache. Guidance

I have all the time a constant like (migraine) spot just on the left side of my throat...and it like feeds as almost feeling like an ear ache, a dull ache but I have this like spot with saliva it seems just in the left side of my throat and it feeds a constant head ache...! No one can figure it out! I'm always suffering with this...!

Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with either styalgia (pain due to elongated styloid process) or calculus in tonsil. please get the Orthopentamogram or CT scan face 3 D reconstruction.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
