Have Spinal Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Neural Foraminal Narrowing. Numbness In Toes. Surgery Required?
I have had spinal stenosis, severe degenerative disk disease and neural foraminal narrowing due to endplate disease also Spondylosis is located in L1-2 level L2-3 level L3-4 level and L4-5 with facet degenerative changes all withforamnal narowingL5-S1 Level is severe changes from 2007,2009,2010,2012 and 2013 showing severe changes in all, I have a bulging disc @ L5-S1 that I have had for years. My question is I have seen 4 Doctors and they tell me I need surgery as my back will not get better and I have toes that go numb, My Right Leg will drag after a block an 1/2 of walking an my legs hurt all the time. what do you think? I need the best help I can get as I have tried to work and it is too painful being on my legs, I am in constant pain.

With such symptoms and result of the MRI scan then the only two options are
1- spinal injections to ease pain but is is not complete cure
2- surgery
At the end of the day you are the one who should decide as there are risks associated with the surgery.
