Have Sperm Discharge Thinking Of Girls. What To Do?

Hi Doctor,
I am vijay. When i am felling i may mind about the girls, automatically i am loosing my sperm as like drops. Without any hand movement(foreplay) and i am loosing my electric power in my penis, it was not able to be in proper way. I was very shy about my feature sexually life. what should i do, is there any medicine to over come from my situation.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
problem of discharge from the urethra even with thoughts of girl.
What you are suspecting to be sperm is nether sperm nor semen but a excessive secretion of peri urethral glands located around urethra .
This is not abnormal and happens at the age of adolescence.
There is nothing to worry about .It will get resolved over a period of time without any treatment.
