Have Sort Of Tugging In The Mouth

Hi.. this morning I woke up and was fine... I took a shower and when I got out I started to feel a sort of tugging by the corner of mt left side of my mouth. .. it felt like it was pulling down... then it moved up my jaw again and back down to the same spot... my lip has not gone numb nor any other part... it come and goes.
I am Diabetic. .. type 2.... and I just got knee surgery on Thursday the 13th. What can it be? I'm concerned it may be a stroke! :/

Hi. From your history and finding I can think this as a facial nerve paresis ( partial of paralysis) and can be due to Bell's palsy or so.
You need an urgent check up by an ENT / Neuro for ascertaining the diagnosis , go for the needed test and start the treatment according to the findings.
You have to tell the treating Doctor that you are diabetic as the main treatment would be steroids , which need to be titrated or the diabetes may increase.
