Have sore tummy, getting frequent bowel movement. Is it the signs of pregnancy?

I have a sore tummy that has been going on for the last week and i ve been pooping a lot... Before my sore tummy i would poop once every 2-3 days (always have so thats my norm) but now it s 3-4 times a day... More depending how sore my tummy is. I thought it would go but it s still there. according to your symptoms there is possibility of gastroenteritis,
you consult your doctor once and get general examination to find out the cause for pain abdomen,
depending on that you can take treatment,
if you are suspecting pregnancy better once undergo urine test for pregnancy,
meanwhile take plenty of water, coconut water etc,
you can take antispasmodics to get relief from pain before going to doctor.
take care.
