General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
They are cervical lymphnodes.
Normally, multiple lymphnodes are present in the neck. They get enlarged in many conditions like Infections, sarcoidosis,Tuberculosis, lymphoma's etc.
I prefer antibiotic like Cefuroxime and anti inflammatory medicine initially to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response with in a week,i remove one swelling and send it for histopathological examination(Biopsy).
Please consult your doctor and proceed or you can follow my guidelines.
Wish you speedy recovery
Regards
