Have Sore Rash In Knee Pits And Tummy. Have Pain And Bad Odor. Cure?
I occasionally get a sore, red rash in my knee pits and under my tummy (I m overweight and in Weight Watchers trying to lose). It hurts and has a bad odor. What exactly is this? I ve always treated it by washing with warm water and mild soap, drying really good, and then using Penaten cream (for diaper rash), which totally soothes it. I just want to know what it is that causes this.

Due to fat deposition and due to dry skin and forming creases on the part giving rise to dermatitis or scaly lesion on the part.
Rule out diabetes after blood sugar testing as this is common with overweight and in diabetes.
Apply some moisturizing cream locally.
